Dear Southold Town Trustees,
Please see the attached photos of trees that are growing on my bulkhead at 3331
Grand Avenue in Mattituck town of Southold on the Mattituck Inlet. I believe the
majority of them to be an invasive species of tree and one is a large downed branch
all of which I worry will cause damage to the bulkhead if they are not removed as
soon as possible. I give permission and request that the Trustees go onto my
property (at above address) to assess and grant permission to remove these
invasive trees. I can be contact for follow up at 647-866-7466 or
mgU.g1Won@mail.utoronto.ca. I am in the process of contracting with Shamrock
Tree Company for the removal when my request is granted.

Please send us a letter along with pictures of the trees that need to be removed and the reason why these tree(s) need
to be removed.--
Specifically giving the Trustees permission to go on your property—the property address and your contact
information. I will put together a file
and give to the area Trustee for Mattituck,Glenn Goldsmith and he will take a look at the trees when he is able.
We will then contact you by letter about whether or not the trees can be removed.
