I have included the owner, Hilary Bogert and her husband Alex McKown, into this note as I am working on trying to help them with the C of 0. The first attachment is a survey of the property and the second is what someone from the building department sent me saying the "playhouse" and deck don't have any permits.The deck will be removed this week but I am having a problem with the playhouse as it is a part of a large family that has numerous families on the island and has been important for many generations.The playhouse is 10 x 20 and you or someone at the BD said it is located in the "front yard" so will not be able to get a permit. It does have an old wood stove, which could potentially be removed.We have talked about possibly moving it to another property but it will still need a permit and placed in the backyard of a property, correct? Another thought would be to donate it and place it on some museum land trust property, off some walking paths, but assume this will still need a permit. There are lots of people involved and it has become an emotional issue within in this family and I am the middle man trying to help.
