REGULAR MEETING
TOWN HALL ANNEX BOARD ROOM
August 21, 2019

Present: Dave Cichanowicz„ Gerard Orientale, Don Grimm
This Regular Meeting of the Southold Town Tree Committee was called to order at 7:00 PM at
the Southold Town Annex.
There were no meetings held in June or July.
Discussion Items:
The new pamphlets were handed out to begin our Fall Partnering for a Greener North Fork
"event". The usual two page ad was reserved in The Suffolk Times for Thursday, October 10,
2019. Dave would like all donations to be in by September 25, 2019. Our goal this year is to
meet or exceed the amount the committee took in from last year.
The committee that were in attendance at this evening's meeting went over to the center of Town
where they assessed the situation with the stumps upon which the root rot was applied. They are
hoping this Fall to be able to dig up the stumps.
We will next meet on September 18, 2019. (Meeting was then postponed to September 25, 2019)
This meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m..
