All Special Events,per Southold Town Code Article I, Section 205-2(Definitions)must obtain a permit. Occasional events onprivate residential properties hosted by the owner thereof that are lty,invitation such family gatherings, weddings, graduations, parties or not-for-profit fundraisers do not require permits. By acceptance of this,permit, applicant agrees to adequately supervise and direct all parking to be on the premises •or at another site, and to provide parking assistants and any additional traffic controls necessary for this event.
