Located: 1410 Brigantine Drive, Southold. SCTM#: 1000-79-4-27 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, the proposed action is recommended as CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the Board considers the following recommendation: A 37 acre parcel owned by the Town abuts the rear of the parcel. 1. Establish a vegetated, non-disturbance buffer landward of the freshwater wetland preserving the trees to further Policies 4 and 6. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
