Located: 3575 Wells Road, Peconic. SCTM#: 1000-86-2-10 A similar action proposed on the parcel was reviewed on February 16, 20.18 and recommended as inconsistent with the LWRP. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based on the new submittal and my assessment, the proposed action is recommended as CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
