SCTM# 1000-128-6-2 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based on the new submittal and my assessment, the proposed action is recommended as INCONSISTENT with Policy 6.3 of the LWRP. 1. Pursuant to § 275-3. Findings; purpose;jurisdiction; setbacks of the Southold Town code, the Boards'jurisdiction and setback are incorrectly shown on the survey. The setback was measured from the bulkhead and not the top-of-bank. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. Following permanent stabilization, paved area shall be cleaned of soil and debris and drainage systems shall be cleaned and flushed as necessary. J. The contractor is responsible for inspection and proper maintenance of erosion control measures. Inspections must be performed every seven calendar days and immediately after periods of rainfall greater than one half inch. Maintenance measures are to Include, but are not limited to, cleaning of recharge -N basins, sediment traps and drywells, cleaning and repair of sediment barriers, repair of berms and runoff diverters, and cleaning and repair of inlet protection devices. During construction, the contractor will comply with all local regulations concerning the disposal of solid waste and debris and toxic and hazardous waste, as well as sanitary sewer and septic system regulations. Temporary fencing shall be erected as shown on Site Plan along with the placement of dumpster's to control the buildup of debris. The contractor shall periodically clean up any debris accumulated along the temporary fence and empty the dumpster's regularly. The contractor will report any required modifications to the SWPPP necessitated by field conditions or construction activities to the Engineer/Architect for revision of the SWPPP where appropriate.
