Leonard, on behalf of EVELYN McCONLOGUE requests an Administrative Permit to replace second story deck on west side of house with an approximate 440sq.ft. deck, including concrete footings, support posts, framing, decking and railings. SCTM#: 1000-31-12-4 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based on the new submittal and my assessment, the proposed action is recommended as EXEMPT from LWRP CC review pursuant to § 268-3. Definitions: 11. Additions to an existing building or rebuilt residential structure which results in no net increase in ground area coverage, except where the parcel is located in a coastal erosion hazard area; Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. This assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area. 2.
