Located: 350 MacDonalds Road, Laurel. SCTM# 1000-145-4-14.1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based on the new submittal and my assessment, the proposed action is recommended as INCONSISTENT with Policy 6 of the LWRP due to the following. 1. The proposed deck is located 7.8 feet from the waterbody and extends seaward of the dwelling. It is recommended that the deck be redesigned to not extend seaward of the dwelling to further the 100' wide regulatory setback and increase the distance to the waterbody. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
