Main Rd. &Youngs Ave.) Telephone: 631765-1938 Southold, NY 11971 �pQ LOCAL WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION PROGRAM TOWN OF SOUTHOLD MEMORANDUM To: Michael Domino, President Town of Southold Board of Trustees From: Mark Terry, AICP LWRP Coordinator Date: May 13, 2019 Re: LWRP Coastal Consistency Review for SCOTT COLLETTI SCTM# 1000-123.4-4.1 Cole Environmental Services, Inc. on behalf of SCOTT COLLETTI requests a Wetland Permit to replace in-place approximately 86 linear feet of existing timber bulkhead with new 5"vinyl sheeting bulkhead and to raise the height an additional 12"; install a 10' wide (860sq.ft.)wood walk along the landward edge of the bulkhead; and backfill with ±10 cubic yards of clean upland fill. Located: 2140 Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-123.-4-4.1 The action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, the proposed action is recommended as INCONSISTENT with the below listed policy and the LWRP. 6.3. Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands. A. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements of the Southold Town Board of Trustees laws and regulations for all Andros Patent and other lands under their jurisdiction. 1. Comply with Trustee regulations and recommendations as set forth in Trustee permit conditions. A Wetland Permit was not located within Town records for the existing; as- built structures.` In the event the action is approved, a vegetated buffer is recommended in place of the deck. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
