This application must be filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Building Department with the following:
A. For new building or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1% lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building,.multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code !2ompliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.
B.. For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses:
1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and unnsual natural or topographic
features.
2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applieant. If a Certificate of Occupancy
is denied, the Building Inspector shall state the reasons therefor in writing to the applicant.

This is written to confmn my statements to you that Peconic Landing at Southold, Inc..has fully
complied with all of thc requirements for issuance of certificates of occupancy for Units 1 through
45. In particular, and with respect to certificates of occupancy for Units 25, 32, 40 and 41, Pecomc
Landing at SouthoM, Inc. agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Town of $outhold, the Southold
Town Building Department and its agents and employees with respect to any loss or damage that
occurs to any of them as a result of'issuance of the specified four certificates of occupant.
Peconic Landing at S outhold, Inc. is confident that, based upon all the representations and inspecfioms
that have been completed, it is appropriate that at least thc four certificates be issued. It is my

The Village of Greenport is allowing Peconic Landing to deliver its sewerage to the
Village Sewerage System on a conditional basis until the pump facilities are complete and
certified, at which time the Village will accept total responsibility for the lift station and
related appuntages.
Presently units 1-45 are allowed to discharge into the Village's system.
The sewerage being delivered is acceptable to the Village sewerage system.
