Dear Mr. Scripps:
With regard to your letter received on July 29, 2019 and letter of Shamrock Tree
Company dated July 29, 2019 requesting to trim several medium sized oaks
which contain large dead limbs which are located on your property, and as seen
by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski, the Board of Trustees determined that it is okay
to trim the trees as depicted in photographs provided by you. No trees are to be
taken down within 100' of the wetland boundary.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

area is used often and for extended periods at a time. I'm-suggesting doing a'"risk reduction"
pruning.on these teees'to,eliminate large dead,branches, broken and or-hanging-branches,and'
any weak or diseased limbs.The work will be done in such away to.fiave no negativeJrnoact,on
the'ecologically_sensitive:area nearby, and will be directed by myself,a Board-Certified'Master
