Dear Mr. and Mrs. Reuben:
In response to your letter received on August 29, 2019, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to cut down the two trees overlooking the water located on the above
mentioned property, which trees were seen by Trustee Michael J. Domino on August
30, 2019.
The Board of Trustees determined that these two trees may be removed at this time.
No permit will be required in order to remove these trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
