WHEREAS, the properties belonging to REEVE and to BLASKO are adjoining as set forth on the
survey made by Kenneth M. Woychuk Land Surveying, PLLC,dated May 5, 2016,which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A(hcreinafter referred to as Woychuk Survey); and
WHEREAS, the properties belonging to REEVE and SILVER FOX are adjoining as set forth on
the Woychuk Survey; and
WHEREAS,the properties of REEVE and LITTLE NECK PROPERTIES are adjoining as set
forth on the Woychuk Survey; and
n1 WHEREAS, the said survey provided to BLASKO, SILVER FOX and LITTLE NECK
PROPERTY and annexed hereto as Exhibit,ff indicates that a portion of a certain crushed stone driveway
and an existing clearing area are located on the property owned by REEVE, which said crushed stone
driveway is located up to 20 feet north of the common boundary line between said properties of REEVE
and BLASKO and the existing clearing area is up to approximately 60 feet north of the common boundary
line between said properties of REEVE and BLASKO;and said certain crushed stone driveway crosses the
SILVER FOX property and onto the REEVE property and the existing clearing area is located up to
approximately 55 feet west of the common boundary line between said properties of REEVE and SILVER
FOX;and said certain crushed stone driveway continues across the REEVE property and onto the LITTLE
NECK PROPERTY property;
NOW,THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree,as follows:
1. That the common boundary of the premises of REEVE and BLASKO is accurately shown on
Exhibit E. That said common boundary line begins at a monument located at the southeaster corner of the
property of REEVE and runs South 75 degrees 36 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 126.00 feet.
2. That the common boundary of the premises of REEVE and SILVER FOX is accurately
shown on Exhibit Q,That said common boundary line begins at a monument at the northeast corner of the
property of REEVE and runs South14 degrees 23minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 356.55 feet to a
monument at the southeast corner of the property of REEVE.
3. That the common boundary of the premises of REEVE and LITTLE NECK PROPERTY is
accurately shown on Exhibit�. That said common boundary line begins at the southwest comer of the
property of REEVE and runs North 14 degrees 23 minutes 37 seconds West a distance of approximately 70
feet, as shown on the"Map of Little Neck Properties".
4. That all of the above clauses are incorporated herein with as much force and effect as if more
fully set forth herein at length..
5. That REEVE agrees to pay all fees associated with the preparation and execution of this
agreement, including but not limited to the recording fee for same.

G. That in consideration of the foregoing and upon the mutual promises of the parties hereto, the
parties agree that they will make no claim against the other to any of the property at issue herein either by
adverse possession or otherwise and particularly REEVE makes no claim as to any property south of the
common boundary line set forth in Paragraph 1 above and BLASKO makes no claim as to any property to
the north of the common boundary line set forth in Paragraph 1 above; REEVE makes no claim as to any
property to the east of the common boundary line set forth in Paragraph 2 above and SILVER FOX makes
no claim as to any property west of the common boundary line set forth in Paragraph 2 above; BLASKO
makes no claim as to any property north of the common boundary line with SILVER FOX and SILVER
FOX makes no claim as to any property south of the common boundary line with BLASKO. In addition,
BLASKO, SILVER FOX and LITTLE NECK PROPERTY hereby release all interest in and agree to
immediately discontinue the use of the crushed stone driveway and the existing clearing area located on the
REEVE property or the SILVER FOX property.
7. That the parties further agree that they will execute any and all other documents necessary to
incorporate the terms of this Agreement including,but not limited to the Acknowledgment of No Claim By
Reason of Encroachments annexed hereto as Exhibit)'and a TP-584 form that is necessary for recording.
8. That the parties hereto covenant and agree that this agreement shall be binding on their
respective heirs,successors and assigns.

That we are over the age of eighteen years,
That we are the fee owners of real property known as 420 Little Neck Road,Cutchogue,New York, which
is known and designated as Suffolk County Tax Map No. 1000-097.00-07.00-026.003 and is more
particularly described as Lot 3 "Map of Little Neck Properties"fled in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on August 3, 1960 as Map No. 3230.
That our said property is located generally to the south of the premises known as 2800 Eugene's Road,
Cutchogue,New York which is known and designated as Suffolk County Tax Map No. 1000-097.00-
07.00-026.002 owned by JOHN T. REEVE and JAMES F. REEVE. Our northerly property line abuts the
southerly property line of REEVE. That our said property is also generally to the south of the premises
known as 2970 Eugene's Road, Cutchogue,New York,which is known and designated as Suffolk County
Tax Map No. 1000-097.00-07.00-027.000 owned by SILVER FOX. Our northerly property line abuts the
southerly property line of SILVER FOX.
That we own a certain crushed stone driveway, a certain portion of which is set inside the both the REEVE
property and the SILVER FOX property up to approximately 20 feet north of their southerly property lines
and we have maintained a certain existing clearing area,a certain portion of which is set inside both the
REEVE property up to approximated 40 feet north of their southerly property line and the SILVER FOX
property.
That we have not, in the past, nor do we now,make any claim of ownership, actually or by adverse
possession, to any of the property owned by REEVE or by SILVER FOX as shown on the survey made by
Kenneth Woychuk Land Surveying, PLLC dated May 5, 2016 and attached hereto as Exhibit B, which we
have reviewed and more particularly being the land that lies between the common property lines as shown
on said survey and the said crushed stone driveway and existing clearing area.

That we own a certain crushed stone driveway,a certain portion of which is set inside the both the REEVE
property and the SILVER FOX property up to approximately 20 feet north of their southerly property lines
and we have maintained a certain existing clearing area, a certain portion of which is set inside both the
REEVE property up to approximated 40 feet north of their southerly property line and the SILVER FOX
property.

across onto our property.
That we have not, in the past, nor do we now, make any claim of ownership,actually or by adverse
possession,or the right to use any of the property owned by REEVE as shown on the survey made by
Kenneth Woychuk Land Surveying, PLLC dated May 5, 2016 and attached hereto as Exhibit B, which we
