Suffolk County, NY, Property of Grace R. Nickles,formerly Grace Rogers DeBeixedon,
made by Otto W.VanTuyl, Licensed Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on 03/16/1946 as Map No. 1472. Said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
