Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot Numbers 137 and 138 on a certain map
entitled, "Amended Map A of Peconic Bay Estates" which map was made by Otto
W. Van Tuyl and Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, and filed in the Suffolk County
