CLEVELAND, JR. requests a Wetland Permit to remove all remains of existing old dock; construct a 4'x55' fixed dock; and install two (2) tie-off piles. Located: 1305 Winthrop Drive, Fishers Island. SCTM# 1000-9-8-6 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to thisdepartment, as well as the records available to me, the proposed action is recommended as CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the Board considers: 1. Potential navigation conflicts with the Navy Dock to the south and vessel operation of the Fisher Island Ferry. 2. Verify how a vessel would be moored at the dock. Will it project past the terminus? 3. The reduction of CCA treated materials in the dock construction to further Policy 6. 4.
