hereby apply to THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS for a SPECIAL EXCEPTION in accordance
with the ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE III SECTION 306
SUBSECTION
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTEI) BECAUSE this house is located at
the extreme easterly end of ~½ lots in common Ownership. Permission
is requested to move the house to a more central location on the
property~ a location which wculd place the building about 49 feet
from Reydon Drive and approxJmately the present distance from Lake
Driver this being a corner lct.
Reydon Drive turns at this pcint and while the more or less estab-
lished line is about ~8 feet~ the proposed location would add to
the appearance of the area. amd would provide added space between
the house on the east~ and tke removal has the approval of the
adjoining property ownerS.as]Opograph~cally the proposed location
is the only suitable site the ground slopes considerably to the
north and east.
