Meeting started at 4:35 pm. 2. Those in attendance; Elby Burr Chair, Geb Cook, Mike Posey, Chippy DuPont, Steve Malinowski, Tom Patterson, Louisa Evans. By phone Leslie Goss. 3. Minutes from the October 5, 2019 meeting were approved, with one correction. 4. FINANCIAL Report—Spring 2019 moorings: • Received paperwork for 46 moorings and collected $5,005, not including new requests or questions. 5. Bay Patrol members for 2019 are, Bill Wall and Lincoln White, the part time position is open. 6. Pump-out boat services have been not been confirmed with Shrink the Boat. 7. New tackle was ordered and delivered for the channel markers. 8. Safe Boating course has been schedule for July 10-11 at the Community Center. 9. SPRING MOORING REPORT a. I have received paperwork for 46 moorings and collected $5,005. b. New mooring request: Paul Skinner—approved 10. Commuter boats coming into West Harbor. The ferry would like to use to Town dock for their new commuter boat on occasion. George Main would still like approval to use the Town Dock on an emergency basis. I 1 10. This is an inspection year, so all moorings will be inspected in early June. 11. NYS Sea grass Coordinator, Soren Dahl has been out to Fishers a couple of times to speak to various groups. His problem with moorings is the primary chain, because it tears up the eel grass beds. He would like all moorings to be helix type with a floating primary chain. There is also a group formed on Island for the maintenance of our current eelgrass beds. 12. Review Committee membership and openings. We need everyone to recruit new members for vacant positions. Leslie Goss has agreed to work on membership. 13. Meeting adjoined at 5:50pm
