Dear Supervisor Russel and members of the Southold Town Council.
The Housing Advisory Commission (HAC) met on July 25, 2019 and
reviewed the proposed affordable housing complex located at 53315 Route 25
Southold, NY 11971. The HAC supports the proposed housing development
and finds the scale, location, and plan to be appropriate for the hamlet of
Southold and beneficial for the community.
