sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application,the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughouf the Work.
e.No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until the Building Inspector
issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
f. Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 months after the date of
issuance or has not been completed within 18 months from such date.If no'zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the
property have been enacted in the interim,the Building Inspector may authorize, in writing,the extension of the permit for an
addition six months. Thereafter, a new,permit shall be required. ..

Each member is entitled to one vote for each Home in which
they hold a membership interest.
When more than one person or
entity holds such interest in any Home, the one vote attributable
to such Home shall be exercised as such persons mutually deter-
mine but with the exception of cumulative voting employed in the
election of Directors, not more than one vote may be cast with
respect to any- such Home. No member shall split or divide its
votes on any motion, resolution, or ballot other than in the

ARTICLE IV. PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE COMMON PROPERTIES
Section 1. Members Easements of Enjoyment. Subject to the
provisions of Section 4 of this Article IV, every Member shall

Properties, such easement shall be appurtenant to and shall pass

Section 2 . Title to Common Properties. The Developer shall
convey legal title to the Common Properties to the Association

the Declaration, subject, however, to the following covenant, which
shall be deemed to run with the land and shall be binding--upon the
Association, its successors and assigns:

all facilities now or hereafter built or installed thereon,
shall at all times be maintained in good repair and condition
.and shall be operated in accordance with high standards. The

This Section shall not be amended, as provided for in Article IX,
Section 2, to reduce or eliminate the obligation for maintenance
and repair of the Common properties. f
Section 3e Additions to Common Properties. In the event `(
Developer exercises the option set forth in Article II, Section
2 of this Declaration to bring additional Properties within the
scheme of this Declaration, it shall also have the right to con-
struct additional recreational facilities and convey such land
and facilities to the Association.
