THIS INDENTURE, made the l6day of May 2019 BETWEEN
RONALD ELTON TERRY, residing at 3624 Via Del Mar, Fernandina Beach,
FL 32034, party of the first part and
ORIENT OP LLC, located at 173 Duane Street, New York, NY 10013, party of
the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part in consideration of ten dollars and
other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part, forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, .with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in,the
(see attached schedule "A")
Being the same premises described in the deed to the parties of the first part
by deed from Lloyd E. Terry, dated December 15, 1995 and recorded on December

31, 1996 in Liber 11785 Page 56 and by deed from Priscilla Terry Bull and Ronald
Elton Terry, as Co-Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Lloyd E. Terry,

Subject to Development Rights recited in deed from Ronald Elton Terry to
the County of Suffolk, dated November 17, 2005, conveyance is made as of
December 1, 2005, recorded on December 13, 2005 in Liber 12425 Page 210—as to
Tax Lot 003.002.
Said premises are known and designated as District 1000 Section 020.00
Block 03.00 and Lot(s)003.002,003.003 and 003.004.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part
of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center
lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever.
