BEGINNING at a monument set in the Westerly side of Ocean View Avenue distant North 863.62 feet and West 2876.42
feet when measured from the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station"PROS", said point of
beginning also being where the division between premises hereinafter described and premises now or formerly of Clark
intersects the Westerly side of Ocean View Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE Southerly, Southwesterly, Northwesterly and Westerly along the Westerly, Northwesterly and
