All existing trees are to remain with the exception of two black locust trees located in close proximity to the location of the proposed dwelling(approved pursuant to Wetlands Permit No. 9462),and the stumps of those trees will remain so as not to impact soil stability at the top of the bank. The proposed restoration plan provides a list of species to be removed and a list of proposed species with indications of associated locations and quantities. The plan also provides detailed restoration methodology to ensure the work is performed carefully and without disturbance to existing soils, slopes, and surrounding native vegetation that is to remain undisturbed. As a result, the project will have only beneficial effects on the surrounding ecosystem. 617.20 Appendix B Short Environmental Assessment Form Instructions for Completing Part I-Project Information. The applicant or project sponsor is responsible for the completion of Part 1.Responses become part of the application for approval or funding, are subject to public review, and may be subject to further verification.
