The request must be accompanied by a sketch[plans showing the details of the construction. As a condition of the proposed ramp, the Architectural Committee requires medical proof of necessity. The ramp surface is to be covered with a non-skid material and the ramp painted to conform to the color of the siding of the unit. Any further conditions required will be so stated by the Architectural Committee when permission is granted.All conditions must be-complied with. If initial approval is granted,the homeowner must obtain,a valid Building Permit from the Building Department of the Town of Southold. This permit must be exhibited to the Committee before final approval is given and construction can begin. Upon completion of the ramp,a Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained from the-Town of Southold. Copies of the CO must be submitted to the Architectural Committee and to-the.Board of Directors. Ramps and platforms erected appurtenant thereto•shall be solely-for ingress and egress and for no other purpose including storage.
