public street on the premises in question. The lot is 235 ft deep, with the residence
aproxi~ately 50 ft from the water,

consrtuct an expensive driveway, and remoue snow etc. Other properties on this
side of the same street have garages located lOft 9r less ~rom the strest which
have been in existancefor several years
2, The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this pr0per~ and in this use district because: ?h~s is one of the-debpest lots
in the subdivision and ..has a dwelZing without a garage - one. of the'£ew such

3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and~rWOULD NOT CHANGE THE
