a certain map entitled, "Map of Greenport Driving Park" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on December 1, 1909, as Map No. 369, and being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the Southerly side of Linnet Street and the
Easterly side of 9th Street (Cherry Street), South 11 degrees 58 minutes 25 seconds West, 56.47 feet
along the Easterly side of 9th Street to a wood stake and the true point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 45 minutes 40 seconds East, 95.08 feet to a
wood stake;
