BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Youngs Road at the northeast corner of land conveyed to Toba Laja Orra by
deed from Charles E. Staff and Kathryn M. Staff dated November 5, 1962, recorded November 15, 1962 in Liber 5264
page 461 and said point of beginning also being distant 862,00 feet northerly from the intersection of the westerly side of
Youngs Street and the northerly side of Main Road (S.R. 25);
RUNNING THENCE South 80 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West along said land conveyed to Toba Laja Orra, 147.03
feet to land now or formerly of Robert and Eleanor Hughes;
THENCE North 09 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West along said last mentioned land, 200.11 feet to land now or
formerly of Joseph L. Saborida;
THENCE North 80 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East along said fast mentioned land, 165.00 feet to a monument on
the westerly side of Youngs Road;
THENCE along the westerly side of Youngs Road the following two(2)courses and distances:
1. South 09 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East, 167.83 feet to a monument;
2. South 19 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West, 36.95 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
