estate which the applicants are heirs~ It is desired te divide the property into a 50

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because: this
property altho in common ownership has been used seperatley in apreximately the same p
proportions as the division asked. There are ether lots in'the fm~ediate area ef
