Insulation: The original intention was to leave the wall finishes in place except for the areas disturbed by construction. As the owner decided to remove all the interior sheetrock finishes,the exterior walls and ceilings were insulated as follows: existing 4"walls(R13 or R15), existing and new ceilings/roofs (R30).
