with the ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE ZV SECTION L~08
SUBSECTION a
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE The owner wants to erect
a real estate sign, approximate size,¢ X 8 feet, on or
near the ~asterly line of property owned by Royal Toner,
and thirty five feet South of the Main State Road. Said
location being, generally speaking in the Northeasterly corner
of said property. This location would be approximately across
the street from ~orkey~s.) driveway and near the Westerly
bo,madary of lands of Ne!~ilie ~owers. This sign is one
that had to be removed due to the widening of. State hi§h~ay
west of Greenport Village. This actually would be a ~e-
location of a pre-existing sign. This property is zoned "B"
Business.

Dear Mr.Brown;
With r0ference to your Appeal No. 165 for a special
exception to locate a real estate advertising sign on
property of Royal Toner, hearing iias held on May 7, 1'159.
It ~as the determination of the Board of Appeals to
recess the hearing l,-'1til such t:lme as you would like to
arpear before the Board and give a new location for the
sign. The Board is in favor of relocating the sign in
an area vithin a reasonable distance from the original
location.
The next meeting of the fouthold Town Board of Appeals
will be ThurSday, May 14, 1959.
