bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of North Drive, said point being distant 567.47 feet more or less from the
corner formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of North Drive and the Northerly side of Bayview Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, along the Easterly side of North Drive the following three courses and
distances:
