The Existing dwelling on the north (east Road) end of the properly was there when the, property w~as purchased in t~35., and does not now comform to p~rsent setback regulations. To~maintain ~the required setback a side yard verianc~ ~f aproximate!y 2.5 ft is ne~essa~.
