with the ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE TZT SECTION 306
SUBSECTION
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION tS REQUESTED BECAUSE: I wieh to reduce the side yard on
the west side of my corner lot to 20 feet instead of the required 35 feet.
The planned home is 57 feet overall length, and we wish to put it about
in the center of the 100 ft lot.
This block is only two lots - ( 125 ft each)- deep, on a f~fty foo~
road, where there will not be much traffics It is proposed to have a setback of
f~fty feet or more setback on the southerly side of our lot.
The layout of the lot and area requires a logical facing to the south of
a home or dwelling.
Further i~Jormation will be supplied to the Board upon request.

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to.adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

Dear sir;
I would like to get a variance to locate my home with a west yard of 20
feet instead of the required 35ft. I wish to more or less center the house on
the lot in an east - west direction with a setback of about 50 feet on the South
yard, this would leave ample rear yard to the north end of the lot.
