REASON FOR APPEAL ( ) A Variance to Section"280A Subsection 3 (X) A Variance to the ~bning -Ord!nonce ( ) is requested for the reason that: I wish to build a private garage on my premises, and there is nob depth enough to meet the requirements of the ordinance. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because . i purchased thi property i~ questio~ several years before the ordinance was adopted. There is area enough d_~ the plot to meet requirements, bt~t:mthe~ lot is long and shallow. It' we~ be i~ractical to attach the~ g~rage to the dwelling as there are bedrooms on the ride nearest the driveway. The driveway is at the end of the street leading into my property~ and vould be impractical ~to ch~uge this location. 2.
