REASON FOR APPEAL Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would ~roduce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
this road is twenty feet Wide, and has been used for access to other properties
for many years, serv~ing~fou.r, parcels. Ther'e are. three.resid.ence.s'now using
this right-of-way. T~ deny'a fourth residence would be an t~xn~ssary hard'-
s hip.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because
This is the one vacant lot on this right-of-way on the south side.
3. The Variance would obse~e the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because proposed residence would be in keeping With
the neighborhood. ~kll lots on this right-o~[z-way more than meet the requirements
of the ordinance.
