ALL that certain plot, piece or pareel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being bulla at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 17 on a certain
map entitled "Bay Haven at Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York"
surveyed December 10, 1958 by Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, Licensed Land Surveyor,
Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on------
'the 22nd day of January, 1959, as Map No. 2910 which said lot is more particularly
bounded and described according to said map, as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly side of
Mid Way (50 feet wide) with the southeasterly side of Gin Lane (50 feet wide)
R114NING THENCE south 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds east and along the south-
westerly side of Mid Way, 125 feet;
THENCE south 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds west, 140 feet;
THENCE north 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds west, 125 feet to the southeasterly
side of Gin Lane;
THENCE north 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds east, and along the southeasterly
side of Gin Lane, 140 feet to the corner aforesaid, the point or place of BRGTNNING
Being the same premises conveyed to William H. Ellwood and Bertha A. Ellwood, his
wife, both now deceased, by deed from William Wells, dated 5/26/72 recorded
6/1/72 in Liber 7169 cp 243.
