with the ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE X SECTION
SUBSECTION
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE: The lot in quest~on is divided
by the "A" & "B" District line. I wish to erect a business building
which will not be completely within the "B" district portion of the lot.
The lot in question has a frontage of 50 feet on Bay Ave and aprox-
imately 190 feet deep, and abuts other business property in the rear, on
which the business of the Mattituck Plumbing & heating co is conducted.
The lot in question has been leased to the Plumbing company for aproximately
ten years, ,but no building has been erected on premises, The Largest part
of the lot is in the !lB" district.
It is proposed to erect a storage building on the lot of aproximateffiy
24 ft X 100 ft to house the material and trucks now stored on the lot
in the open.
My home is on the adjoining property South Easterly of the lot
in Question, and I have no objection to the proposed bUilding.

In discussing your application for permissive use in
connection.w1th proposed building on a 50 rt.fronting on
Bay AYenue, the Board d' Appeals wishes you to bring your deed
to the property and a survey of the property by an engineer
with district boundary lines shown as it reters to the partic-
ular lot in question. There is sone doubt as to the exact amount
ot the lot now in "B" Business District, andthls survey by an
engineer would serve to give an accurate picture or the property..
The Board or Appeals will discuss this application with
you at the time of the hearing and may wish you to amend certain
features in the title ot the appeal.
