Special Conditions: None. Inspections: Final Inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based on the new submittal and my assessment, the proposed action is recommended as EXEMPT from LWRP CC review pursuant to § 268-3. Definitions: Z. Split rail fences or fences used to control nuisance wildlife that do not interfere with the public's rights of passage along the foreshore; Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
