is requested for the reason that: I wish to sell a let of 50 ft frontage held in my name,
and platted as a single lot since 1955, leaving a right ef way to a lot in the rear
east ef this lot also held in my ~ame. I would intend to combine the 10ft right of
way with let # 2 and lot # 3 en attached ma~ and sell,aS a unit at a future date.

1 STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because: The
adjacent area is intensly:.built up en 50 ft-front lets,,;There being only twe lots
ef larger frontage nearby. Adjacent property is owned by my wife wh has ne objectiea
te sale and~use of this let ....
2. Zhe hardship created is UNIQUE addis not shared by all pr0perti~s alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and inthis use di~rict because:,There a~e 'OnIy. the~ twa lots in~icinity
which are u~dersize of the ordinance requirements, other~sTo~sale meet the present
requirements.
3. The Variance would obse~e the spirit of the Ordinance-an~ WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: Tkis is a residential a-rea, where'the development
is very i~tensel~ built em fifty foot lots. The dwelling on the lot in question~
will be used similar to all ethers and create no chang in the vicinity.
