Parcel IV as described in the deed to the parry of the first part,Winchester F.Hotchkiss,Jr.and Mary Hotchkiss
Harvey,dated January 6,2000 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on October 20,2000 in Liber
12079 page 633,the description on Schedule A hereto constituting a perimeter description of said Parcel II and
Parcel IV.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying an being at Fishers Island in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the easterly side of a road forty feet wide, said
monument being located 164.10 feet East of a point which is 1469.60 feet North of another
monument marking the United State Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"NIN"(which said"NIN"monument is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking
the south shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and
Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound), said stone monument also being located at a point of a
curve to the left having a radius of 181.38 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is North 87 degrees 55 minutes 46 seconds West;.
RUNNING THENCE northwesterly along the easterly side of said road and following the
arc of said curve, 52.68 feet to a point;
THENCE still along the easterly side of said road North 14 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds
West, 107.32 feet to a point;
THENCE South 71 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds East, 255.65 feet to a point;
THENCE South 70 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West, 55.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 36 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds East, 262.68 feet to a point;
THENCE South 31 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds West, 107.21 feet to a point;
