SUFFOLK COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE: This application was referred as required under the Suffolk County Administrative Code Sections A 14-14 to 23, and the Suffolk County Department of Planning issued its reply dated December 1, 2017 stating that this application is considered a matter for local determination as there appears to be no significant county-wide or inter-community impact. The subdivision Map of Greenport Driving Park" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on December 1, 1909 identifies subject lots as Nos. 85, 87 & 89. Lots 87 & 89 have merged and is improved with a single family dwelling and is identified as SCTM No. 1000-48-2- 22.1 as indicated on survey prepared by John T.
