11. Board and Office Policies, Practices, and Activities:
SBA Annual Training for 2419
Pursuant to Town Board Resolution 42414-341 and NY Town Law 267(7-a), on May
23, 2019. Town Attorney Bill Duffy conducted a one hour training session with the
members of the.honing Board.on Ag and Markets law, current Town Code as it
relates to agriculture, and various proposals for coda changes by the Town's
Agricultural Advisory Committee. All.SBA Members were in attendance.
Proposed code de nition for Cabana/Pool House
On May 21, 241.9 the Town Board held a public hearing on proposed amendments to
Chapter 284, Zoning, in connection with Definitions cabana/pool house. 1 spoke in
favor of the proposed legislation that was co-authored by the Board of Appeals in
collaboration with the Town Attorney and Chief Building Inspector. The hearing was
held open for two weeks to receive written comments.
