"SUBJECT TO COUNT DEPOSIT AGREEMENT"
To better serve our business customer, BNB Bank offers "Subject to Count Deposit Services." This service
allows you to deposit funds into your BNB Bank account number(s) (list all applicable accounts)

without waiting for your deposits to be counted. BNB Bank will accept deposits under the following
conditions:
1. BNB Bank will accept and verify the deposit.
2. You agree to accept BNB Bank's count on funds as final.
3. Your account will be credited in accordance with the branch posted notice of"Funds Availability."
Subject to Count Deposits are treated as ATM deposits and must be received by 2 p.m. to be processed in
the day of deposit work. All bags accepted after 2.p.m. may be processed as part of the Bank's next
business day's work.
The undersigned agree to be bound by and are subject to the provisions of the applicable Rules and
Regulations of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve
System, the laws of New York State and the applicable BNB Bank account agreements and disclosures
relating to such deposits and any amendments thereto. This agreement is subject to change with thirty days
notice.
I/We understand the information presented in the above paragraphs and agree to the provisions stated
therein.
