They also are cut into a shallow retaining wall. The patio measures 16'x 16' on grade. It is constructed using non treated wood..Next to this patio is a 4.0' x 4.0' platform and a stair case which accesses the lower bulkhead. I must re-affirm,that this project does not influence the footprint of the existing structure but merely rebuilds and replaces what already exists. SCTM# 473889 126-11-1 Dear Sir: As you know, the Holfelder Family has been restoring their 1930's bungalow located at the above mentioned location since the spring of this year. I applied for Trustee approval during the permit process and was approved. During construction it was noted that the sunroom located on the south side of the structure is in need of demolition and replacement. The first Building Department inspection was conducted on August 20,2018 and it was noted that a much more elaborate and extensive reconstruction, submitted by Frank Uhllendahl,R.A., was approved by your office back in 2013. That permit has since expired. That paperwork was noted in Building Department's file. It is our desire to replace the sunroom, located on the south side of the structure, in kind. We do not intend to enlarge the footprint'of the home at all. Given that information, I would like to find out if we can use the original submittal and approval and merely pay the fee rather than go through the permitting process thus saviny the trustees time and shortening the permit process. thanks for your help in this matter Sincerely Steven Kramer,P.E. 116 Shore Road West • Mt.
