Vineyard View Update
o They have broken ground.
o Application process is in Planning Department and is making its
way to the Building Department.
o Suggested a progress report be created and submitted to the
Suffolk Times.
The Housing Advisory Committee will be receiving funding from the
Harvest Point Cutchogue Project now that Certificates of Occupancy
have been issued to some of the units.
Committee agreed that there is now a greater need to recruit new
members to the committee with the anticipation of different
responsibilities in the upcoming months.
Discussed some tentative proposals for affordable housing projects.
Suggested developing a recommendation to the Town Board for the
review of zone flexibility because a 24 maximum units on a site is
limiting.

Landing.

Respectfully submitted, Tracey Dwyer.
