STRICT'APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP becau~: I propose to build my home by myself in my spare time, this being to only dwelling to be erected in the vic~uity at this time. The present f~rm road is'adequate for truck traffic, having-been used for this purpose for manyye~rs~ It. would be an u~uecessary hardship to require removal of the crops and ins~allat'i6m of roads for the one dwelling at the present time. 2.
