A subdivision map is being prepared but not yet filed, covering this part of the farm. It is proposed to use the present farm road for access ~%til the ~g~n~%nh~t~e~i~e~ and the 50 ft roads'~re'cut thrbugh and ~rfaCed. l~orm ZB1 REA'SON FOR APPEAL Continued. STRICT'APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP becau~: I propose to build my home by myself in my spare time, this being to only dwelling to be erected in the vic~uity at this time. The present f~rm road is'adequate for truck traffic, having-been used for this purpose for manyye~rs~ It. would be an u~uecessary hardship to require removal of the crops and ins~allat'i6m of roads for the one dwelling at the present time. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of thi~ property- odd in this use district because: This is the £irst lot. to, be taken out of the £arm~ and subdivision map is being p~epared. 3.
