(this is at Southold, East of Vav~uzers) This parcel is 20Oft frontage on the north side of the North Road, the West side is !81ft deep, the East side is 15Oft deep, the North or back side is a~roxi~tely 215ft across, containing aproximately 7/lOth o~ an acre. The parcel is zoned "B" business and meets all other requirements for a gasoline service station. i would propose to have an "Esso" s+~tion of the three b~y type, plans otc would be approved by the Esso Company. There is at this time no ~soline station between East ~rion, and P~conic on this North Road ( County route 27A). There appears to be need of such a service station in this area, and I ~a~herebyapplying for a special exception to build and operate a gasoline service station under the provisions of the Southo!d Town Building Zone Ordi~nce , Article ~?, sectio~00, subsection 9.
