Chairman’s Comments VI. 4:15pm: Public Hearing: Lewis Shed - Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7 (b) of the Southold Town Code, based on the Building Inspector’s Notice of Disapproval, concerning the proposed shed to a registered landmark property at 2395 Village Lane, Orient, NY 11957, SCTM – 1000-26.-1-12.1. 4:30pm: Public Hearing Feilen – Pool Fence- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7 (b) of the Southold Town Code, based on the Building Inspector’s Notice of Disapproval, concerning the proposed pool fence to a registered landmark property at 925 Orchard Street, Orient, NY 11957, SCTM – 1000-25.-2-18 4:45pm: Pre submission conference: Sorenson – Fence -Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7 (b) of the Southold Town Code, based on the Building Inspector’s Notice of Disapproval, concerning the proposed fence to a registered landmark property at 370 Orchard Street, Orient, NY 11957, SCTM – 1000-25.-4-5. Approve Administrative Application Applicant: Judith Woodard and Myrna Burks SCTM#: 1000-25.-3-11 @ 1945 Village Lane, Orient Project Description: Replace an additional 13 windows as per application and in accordance to the Certification for Appropriateness issued April 16, 2019.
