YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE:
1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Construct approximately 661f of low-sill vinyl bulkhead and two(2) 12'angled low-sill bulkhead returns
and backfill with approximately 100 cy clean sandy fill to be trucked in from an approved upland source
and planted with Spartina alterniflora(12" O.C.)to restore approximately 1,200 sf of vegetated intertidal
marsh between bulkhead and MHW/toe of bank;and as bank stabilization,install approximately 82 linear
feet of 1.5'to 2.5'-diameter,300- 1,500 lb stone rip-rap(approximately 20 cy)on filter cloth along toe of
eroding embankment,all as depicted on the project plan prepared by En-Consultants,April 5,2019.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
165 Lester's Road,Mattituck
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
